FAQ

1. What to do if there is water inside the watch?

If there is only a small amount of water vapor inside the watch, it will automatically disappear over time, or you can wear the watch on your wrist upside down; after two hours, the water vapor will automatically disappear. If there are drops of water inside the watch, you should repair the watch as soon as possible.

2. Special note:

Fully automatic mechanical watches rely on the motion of the arm and automatic winding, so they must be worn for more than 8 hours a day to ensure timely and accurate operation. Some automatic mechanical watches can also be manually wound to supplement energy; the method is to turn the crown clockwise 15 times without pulling it out. Manual winding cannot supplement energy for watches that are not automatic.

3. Warning:

Watch pointer to 8 p.m. until 4 a.m. the next day, all the time. Please don't adjust the calendar, week speed-dial buttons, and press the months. Otherwise, it may result in ineffective calibration and could damage the speed-dial buttons. Mechanical watches should be kept away from televisions, computers, and other items with magnetic fields to avoid affecting the watch's operation.
